SHIPPING POLICY

All of my items are shipped within 5-7 days of payment. We ship through the US postal service.

Once your packing slip is printed a tracking number will update on your order.

All items will be shipped to the address on the order form. Please update your address accordingly.

SHIPPING IS THROUGH USPS:
USPS is responsible for all items once scanned by USPS. If you should have an issue with shipping you will need to visit www.USPS.com or call your local post for assistance. I do not have an inside connection with USPS and I can not offer any assistance with their company.

 

Please understand during the COVID 19 pandemic shipping may be delayed. We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction and are doing our absolute best through these hard times. We appreciate your understandings and hope you stay happy and safe as well.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We're confident that you'll fall in love with our pieces as much as we have. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Don't like something you bought? Tell us, return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item arrives damaged please message me with pictures. Return the damaged items and all damaged items will be replaced
